In recent years, Xfinity has set up its own line of routers. In order to log in to your router, connect your device to your router and make sure you use a wired connection. Then open any browser that is available on your device and then enter the router’s IP address. After that, enter “admin” for your username and “password” for the password. Then click on “login,” and this will lead you to the router’s web admin homepage because of Xfinity router password . In order to troubleshoot some errors, you can go to the Internet Service tab, which falls under My Account. Then scroll down to Devices. Then you will have to find the modem and select click on Restart Modem. Then click on Start Troubleshooting and this will begin your modem restart. The best part is that this entire process takes six to seven minutes.

Here’s how to change your password using this method:
Open a browser on your chosen device and head to 10.0.01.
Use the username “Admin” and type out the original password to access your account.
Select “Gateway.”
Next, choose “Connection,” then “Wi-Fi.”
Next to your wireless network, click on “Edit.”
Here you will be able to change your password (and your network name if you wish).
When you’re finished, hit “Save Settings.”
If you forget your password, you simply need to reset your Comcast Xfinity router.
Greetings,
